徐健，博士，现为青岛农业大学经济管理学院副教授，硕士生导师，担任Journal of International Financial Trends主编、Methodology insights副主编。研究方向为ESG、智力资本管理、企业研发管理。以第一作者或通讯作者在 SCI、SSCI 期刊Energy Strategy Reviews、Journal of Intellectual Capital、Journal of Competitiveness、Journal of Business Economics and Management、Technology Analysis and Strategic Management、Applied Economics及北大中文核心期刊发表论文 40 余篇，入选2023、2024全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，2024年中国高被引学者。主持山东省软学科学（一般项目）等课题10余项。
